Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA .

Shipping (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs as follows:

• Standard shipping: 6,99€
• Microfiber cloth: free

For orders over 150.00 € we offer free shipping.

Deliveries abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

• EU Zone 1 (Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic): 15.99€ (standard), 2.00€ (microfiber cloth)
• EU Zone 2 (Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary): 17.90€ (standard), 2.00€ (microfiber cloth)
• EU Zone 3 (Estonia, Portugal, Malta, Croatia, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Romania, Cyprus): 17.90€ (standard), 2.00€ (microfiber cloth)
• Non-EU Zone 1 (Liechtenstein, Switzerland): 24.99€ (standard), 2.00€ (microfiber cloth)
• Non-EU Zone 3 (Norway): 26.90€ (standard), 2.00€ (microfiber cloth)
• USA: 49,00€ (standard shipping - 10-21 working days), 99€ - 159€ (express shipping - approx. 3 working days)

Note: Customs fees may apply for deliveries abroad.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 days, for international deliveries within the EU within 3-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction) , for international deliveries outside the EU within 6-21 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction, excluding express delivery) .

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
