QUESTIONS ABOUT HAUKLAND PRODUCTS

Which size should I order?

You can find the size charts with the measurements of each product in the respective product description or here. The jackets tend to run true to size to slightly large, especially the outer jacket. Since this one is combined with the other two jackets (7-in-1 sets), it shouldn’t fit too tightly but rather a bit looser. We recommend ordering your usual clothing size.

 

It’s impossible to design clothing that fits every body type equally well. Some people have broader shoulders, others carry more weight around the waist, and some are tall and slim.

 

If something doesn’t fit, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and return your order to our warehouse and/or exchange it.

Where do the materials for Haukland products come from and where are the jackets made?

The jackets are manufactured in China. All of our materials are already produced according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and the production facilities undergo regular social audits such as BSCI and SEDEX. You can find more information at https://haukland.de/uber-haukland/.

Can I walk through heavy rain with the Haukland jacket without getting wet?

The Haukland outer jacket has a waterproof rating of 6000mm with a fully taped zipper. It can easily handle short, heavy showers, but it’s not designed for extended hikes in steady or heavy rain.

 

The fleece can handle light drizzle but is primarily designed for insulation rather than water resistance. The quilted jacket is not waterproof. Both the fleece and the quilted jacket keep you warm on cool days. When paired with the outer shell, you get the ideal combination of warmth and weather protection.

Is a return possible?

As with any online shop, you also have the option on Haukland.de to let us know within 14 days (e.g., by email to hallo@haukland.de) if you would like to make a return.

How does the return shipment work?

You can find detailed information in the Return Policy. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email at hallo@haukland.de.

 

In general, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once you’ve notified us that you want to make a return, please send the items back to us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days (the return address is listed in the Return Policy). For customers outside the EU: Please EMAIL US THE TRACKING CODE (hallo@haukland.de) of your return shipment so that we can pre-notify customs! Otherwise the package might be returned to you! After the items arrive at our warehouse and we have checked their condition, we will refund your payment (cost of the items + original shipping costs). Please note that depending on your shipping date and method, the refund may take 5-7 days within Germany, or 7-14 days for international shipments.
